Spicy Red Pepper Aioli

SPICY RED PEPPER AIOLI
Perfect for dipping your farm fresh veggie crudité or a grilled veggie sandwich

Ingredients (4-5 cups)
1 red pepper, roasted, and pealed
5 cloves roasted garlic
2 ounces red wine vinegar
5 1/2 cups mayonnaise (regular or low-fat)
1/3 teaspoon paprika
2/3 tablespoons Cayenne pepper
1 ounce Srirachi (Hot Thai chili paste)
Salt & pepper

Method
Puree the peppers, roast garlic, and the vinegar in a blender. Take the puree and add it to the mayonnaise. Add the remaining ingredients, and check the seasoning.
